Consegna Recruitment have partnered with a Life Insurance firm based in Milton Keynes who are an appointed representative of one of the largest Life Insurance Brokers in the UK. They are therefore following the same ethics in ensuring their customers are provided with the right advice for their specific needs, whilst ensuring it also falls within their affordability.

* 10 advisors in the business so far – some earning £80K+

* Part of one of the largest Life Insurance Brokers in the UK

* Commission only role – however all leads provided

* Full 2-week training course provided by the Broker as well as ongoing support

* Regular incentives such as holidays away and financial bonuses – a previous holiday was Marrakesh

* Monday to Friday (No weekends necessary)

As a Life Insurance Advisor you will:

* Receive allocated leads throughout the day to convert into new business. These are pre-qualified from the Brokerage and therefore have a higher likelihood of being converted.

* 80% of these leads can be sold on the same call without the need for further underwriter, therefore increasing advisors earning potential by reducing the time spent waiting for underwriting decisions

* Higher commission is paid for any self-generated business off of the back of new business, so further lead generation is encouraged

* Be offering full advice to customer across the UK, with access to Life Insurance, Critical Illness and Income Protection policies

* Have retention support in place for any policies that cancel, with the reduction in commission already being taken into account at the point of sale and therefore not affecting your commission in the future.

* Be converting £20k – 30k monthly in new business by the time you are 6 months into the role – which would result in £4K – 5K a month commission for you

In order to be considered for this role you will need to have experience working in a phone based sales role and have a record of consistently achieving/overachieving targets
