MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensuring flow of orders through DDO system on a daily basis, managing field workloads and sales volumes;
• Cooperating closely with Area Business Manager;
• Managing associated elements linked to the delivery of the Sales team;
• Being point of contact for Field Sales Merchandisers: responding to queries, problems, being able to help with technical difficulties;
• Responding to external customers: resolving issues, queries and escalating where required;
• Ensuring proper flow of information and clear communication;
• Creating reports, preparing documents, various administrative tasks;
• Covering for others member of the team as necessary;
• Participating in team meetings.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Up to 3 years of experience in Sales or Operations;
• Experience in Customer Service, Sales Planning or Administration will be an asset;
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills;
• Ambitious individual, willing to learn and develop;
• Great communication skills;
• Pro-customer approach;
• Analytical skills and attention to details;
• Ability to work on shifts and on some bank holidays and weekends.
