Business Manager – Large General Practice
Milton Keynes
Up to £50k + company benefits

Remit

Compass Associates are proud to be representing a leading primary healthcare provider in their search for a Business Manager to lead their large general practice in Milton Keynes. As Business Manager, you will be responsible for performance management, implementing and delivering service improvement plans, quality and outcome framework, KPI's, budgets and CQC compliance.

The GP has a patient list of 16,000 with room for growth. You will be required to be the CQC registered manager for this site, which currently has 40 members of staff. It will be of benefit if you've been a CQC registered manager previously, but it's not essential.

This is a full-time position. We are looking for a business manager or practice manager with experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within general practice or primary care. You will be responsible for business performance and growth, contribution to overall business strategy and P&L.

Requirements

-Recent experience as business manager/ centre manager/ centre director/ practice manager or equivalent.
-Experience within primary healthcare
-Commercial acumen.
-Knowledge of NHS framework, CQC and the CCG.
-Service/ Practice management
-P&L, operational and performance management experience.
-Strong communication skills.
-Accomplished leader with experience developing a team.

Location

This role is based in Milton Keynes and is commutable from Northampton, Brackley, Bletchey, Bicester, Banbury, Dunstable, Luton, Aylesbury, Bedford and Leighton Buzzard
