Position: Site Manager
Location: Buckinghamshire

Block Capital is currently recruiting a Site Manager to join our client, a reputable new build developer.

The successful candidate will be allocated to manage a phase of 100+ units near Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire. They will be reporting to the area contracts manager.

Due to start imminently, the position will be on a temporary to permanent basis, with the view to offer a permanent contract should the candidate prove their ability and willingness to progress within the industry.

Requirements:

Experience working on new build volume developments.
CSCS
SMSTS
First Aid

Salary:

Negotiable basic salary.
