You will be ultimately responsible for delivering ambitious growth targets, nurturing our talented 20+ staff members and controlling budgets across multiple brands.
About You:
You are a successful and experienced Director that is driven by financial success. You’ll have enjoyed years of success in the education industry and now be looking for your ‘next big thing’ to get stuck into. You’ll take a data-driven approach to accelerate the company’s growth. You’ll throw yourself into a fast-paced and pressured environment; launch disruptive products, design innovative marketing campaigns and make UniAdmissions synonymous with ‘Oxbridge Success’. You’ll have the commercial experience and the leadership skills to drive the team to success, every day, week and month of the year.
This is a unique opportunity to turbo-charge an already rapidly growing company which has eyes set on multiple acquisitions in the upcoming year. You’ll be given almost limitless freedom to drive growth and have a team of champions backing your every move.
What you’ll be doing:
In this role, you will take ultimate responsibility for the medium and long term success of multiple brands associated with UniAdmissions. You can expect to:
Make high-level commercial decisions e.g. product ladder design, optimization of sales process, migrate software to maximize automations

Don’t Apply if:
If you would like a 9-5 role; this is NOT a standard office job – a global company will require you to work more than 40 hour weeks consistently
You require spoon-feeding or rigid guidelines – you will HAVE to make high level decisions regularly and with minimal supervision
You are not a fast learner – you’ll get 4 weeks of training and then be let loose. We will give you a lot of information and expect you to keep up. If you failed your school exams, you likely will also fail here
Your leadership style is submissive or democratic – in order to move quickly as a company, we need someone that is not afraid of making their own decisions and over-ruling people in order to deliver results
You want an IT department to setup your laptop – we don’t have an IT department and even if we did, if you lack the tech skills to setup our software, you won’t have the skills to do this role
