Dunbar Education is currently recruiting for a Head of MFL to join a highly preferred Secondary school in Milton Keynes on a permanent basis. This school is a popular choice for many local teachers due to its recent awards and outstanding Ofsted rating. The start date for this position is flexible between now and September.

Role:

As Head of MFL, you will be responsible for the MFL department and will also teach either French or German across key stages 3-5. You will ensure the smooth running of the department and strategically plan to ultimately raise attainment across the year groups. You will support the other MFL teachers, implementing new ideas to help all students achieve their best in their language subjects.

Required skills/experience:

You will be a qualified French or German Teacher with MFL Lead experience.

Person Specification:

The successful MFL Teacher will enjoy a challenge and will be results-driven.
