The Role
Credit Controller – Ideal Bathrooms – Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Credit Controller to join the team at our Milton Keynes Head Office. You will be responsible for managing the credit risk on a defined debtor list, collecting on overdue accounts through timely and effective follow up of short payments, whilst assessing and setting credit limits plus effective query management.

As a Credit Controller with Ideal Bathrooms, you will
Handle incoming and outgoing calls to ensure all customer queries are logged and resolved efficiently.
Effectively reduce DSOs and minimise bad debts to maximise the Company's "collection performance".
Produce account reconciliation and information, both internally and externally, maintaining all customer records and ledger accounts.
Work with the Sales department to improve business processes and minimise aged debts.
Allocate all cash on sales ledger accounts and ensure previously unallocated cash is actioned.
Address any over trading issues where required and review as necessary.
Undertake administrative duties as required e.g. supply copy delivery notes, invoices, credits, & statements.So if you have…
Previous experience working within a credit control environment.
Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
A high attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
The ability to prioritize your workload and work to deadlines as necessary.
