Our client is a technology based financial company which operates a number of consumer products in the UK. The products are built upon their ability to source and understand large volumes of insightful consumer bank and card transaction data, with the end goal of helping customers use their data and money more effectively. They have created several products for consumers across financial related matters including responsible lending, real time savings through personalised offers and insights into everyday bank transactions for intelligent saving recommendations.
Due to their growth and expansion, they have an entry level requirement for a Junior Analyst to work within their operations team. Supporting various departments with customer service issues reported through a ticketing service.
The role has a customer centric focus and requires someone who is analytically minded, ambitious and can work independently or as part of a growing team. The job will involve completing a variety of tasks that relate to multiple areas of the business and will require you to demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes. You will be required to run and build reports and respond to queries about customer issues or internal requests.
Salary – £21K
Hours – 9.00-17.30
Location – High Wycombe
