Salary: upto £35,000 plus £3,000 OTE
BSI has a newly created management role as Customer Services Manager UK&I in our Client Services Centre, based in Milton Keynes. Known as the UK&I Planning Manager, you'll lead 3 functions within the department (key accounts, specialist sector team, and our core planning team) with 2 team leaders reporting into you.
You will own and manage the relationships with senior stakeholders in the Operations Team, looking for efficiencies, ways in which we can proactively engage with our clients, whilst ensuring effective management of resource levels and competency levels within our Delivery teams. As part of your role, you'll need to present your ideas to senior stakeholders, and be prepared for challenging conversations.

About You
As our Customer Services Manager UK&I you will need to have experience in a b2b environment, ideally within customer services. As a second line manager, it's important that you have experience leading managers so that you can give them the level of support they need to lead their own teams.
You will be able to talk about change that you've driven in previous roles and the obstacles that you've needed to overcome to deliver that change.
In this role you'll work with stakeholders across the business, so you'll need to be a strong influencer, able to tailor your communication to your audience, with the ability to manage upwards. You'll also need to show a passion to make a difference and to drive change – because that's a core within this role, and it won't always be easy. You'll need to think creatively, sell your ideas, make difficult decisions, and manage conflicting priorities.
