Graphic Design Manager
ALS Recruitment are currently recruiting a unique opportunity for a Graphic Design Manager to join a growing organisation based near Gerrards Cross. As the Graphic Design Manager you will use your background and experience within Graphic Design to lead the team in producing high quality Learning and Development materials. You will work with internal project teams to deliver the design, presentation and distribution of the training and event materials, digital or print. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders whilst leading, developing and motivating the creative team.

Experience:
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages, especially PowerPoint
* Proficient in the use of Adobe InDesign package
* Proficient in the use of Illustrator is desirable
* Experience in working with a CMS (Content Management System) would be an advantage
* Willingness to learn any new software requirements
* Experience in leading and managing a team
* Previous experience within a design agency
* Any experience in L&D and the Healthcare sector would be an advantage
