Buckinghamshire – Manufacturing Engineer – Permanent (Up to £50,000p.a)

Huxley Engineering are currently working with a well-established Aerospace company who design and manufacture active and passive control systems for a wide variety of different industries. Essential skills/ experience:

BSc/MSc in manufacturing engineering or Mechanical engineering
Awareness of different manufacturing processes: such as manual assembly, product testing, machining, casting, pick and place assembly, mouldings.
Ability to understand the different drivers for differing manufacturing methods
Experience in 3D CAD modelling experience (NX/ Solidworks)
Good Manufacturing / Mechanical skills such as reading drawings, raising investigation reports, interpreting material specifications
Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experienceSalary is between £40,000 – £50,000 depending on experience
