HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver WITH FREE HIAB TRAINING!

Rate of pay: £13.00 Per Hour

* Long Term Temp/Ongoing

* Guarantee of 45 hours per week (minimum) for the duration of the contract

Job Description:

HGMS have the sole contract to supply the UK's leading building distribution company and are looking for HGV 2 HIAB Lorry Loader drivers to work on an ongoing contract.

The role involves driving class 2 HIAB Lorry Loader vehicles to complete the customer deliveries to building sites, private addresses and new developments.

You will be traveling in your own vehicle to any branches & brands within a 50 mile radius of your home address to provide cover for permanent drivers annual leave / sick cover etc. A mileage rate will be paid.

Required:

* Ideally you will already have your HIAB Lorry Loader qualification (Hook and Grab with Remote) However if you have an expired ticket we can organise a refresher, or if you do not currently have a Lorry Loader certificate but would like to gain this ticket we can organise with our training contract free of charge.

Essential skills

* Minimum of 6 month commercial driving experience of HGV 2 in the past 12 months

* Valid CPC / Digi Tacho

* No more than 6 points on your driving licence

* No Bans (DR10/TT99)

* Over the age of 21 (due to insurance restrictions)

* Right to work in the UK

* Own transport

* Excellent customer service skills
