£36-£42K Negotiable Depending on Experience and Qualifications.

We require an experienced Registered Care Home Manager for our 4 Bed complex for adults with complex care needs. Physical, Sensory and Learning Disabilities.
This residence is vibrant and welcoming .The service provides a safe and stimulating environment for up to 4 adults.
You will among other duties
Be responsible for the deployment and control of staff on a day-to-day basis, including reporting of issues of performance to line management.
To be involved in the recruitment, monitoring, training, retention and mentoring as necessary.
To ensure that all staff receive regular supervision.
Establishing a programme of senior staff and team meetings to facilitate communication and provide opportunities for consultation and staff development.
Requirements for Registered Care Home Manager
NVQ Level 5 Leadership & Management
NVQ Level 3 Health and Social
Minimum of 2 years management and supervisory experience at a residential setting
Experience of facilitating, organising and directing & developing teams
Experience of translating policy into practice
Knowledge of Management theories
Management training & experience
Knowledge of Equal opportunities & diversity models
Basic knowledge of IT
Experience working with Adults with Physical, Sensory and Learning Disabilities and other Complex needs.
Full knowledge of CQC requirements and regulations.
Familiar with CQC Inspections
