One of our reputable main contractor's is seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to join their well experienced team, working on projects in Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire. This opportunity is on a permanent basis.
The Senior Site Engineer will be working on large scale projects which consist of steel frames for commercial, warehouses and industrial units along with S278 and concrete works.
Interviews for the Senior Site Engineer will be commencing interviews as soon as possible. This will be a great opportunity for someone who wants to work from start to end.
As a Senior Site Engineer, your main responsbilities will be as follows:
* Accurate setting out/surveying
* Conduct quality control checks and build records
* Assist senior engineer/ manager in ensuring all operations are carried out safely
* Assist in the supervising of sub – contractors on site
The Successful Senior Site Engineer role will need to have:
* CSCS card is required
* Previously worked as a Setting out / Senior Site Engineer.
* Experienced in Steel frame, S287 work and Ground work- min 4-5 years UK experience.
* Must be proficient with TSO series surveying instruments, be familiar with method statements and risk assessments and have a sound knowledge of QA and onsite paperwork.
