A new role has been created for Firmware Engineer to join my clients expanding R&D team working out of their High Wycombe based offices. The successful Firmware Engineer will be joining a multidisciplinary design team working towards the design and development of a new range of IoT connectivity products.

The successful Firmware Engineers core skills set will include most of the below:

* Embedded C programming

* Micrcontroller development – ARM, PIC, ATMEL

* I2C, RS232, RS485, TCP/IP, SPI, UART

* PCB design and layout

* Digital and Analog Circuit design

The ideal Firmware Engineer will have experience working with products from initial concept through design, implementation, testing and product rollout stages. You will be comfortable working in a small team and taking the lead on electronics design issues and ideally have worked on the development of IoT and connectivity devices.

This role will best suit an Firmware Engineer who is looking for variety in their role and keen to take on new challenges whilst contributing to the development of industry leading products that are used across the globe.

Based in the High Wycombe area with plenty of onsite parking my client is easily commutable via the likes of Reading, Slough, Maidenhead, Amersham, Aylesbury and Hemel Hempstead. On offer is a salary of up to £45,000 plus benefits, so apply today for immediate consideration.
