Leading high-end residential developer is currently seeking to recruit an ambitious Contracts Manager, someone who can show future Director potential.
You will be responsible for the management and control of between 4 to 5 developments within the Bedfordshire area. You will be responsible for achieving high standards of construction quality in a controlled cost environment, contributing to the regions profitability. Meeting planned objectives and maintaining high standards of health & safety at all times. Liaising with other department heads to ensure budgeted objectives are met with a commitment to build and motivate a team and continued staff development. Assist and deputise for the Construction Director as required.
