Retail Sales Consultant

Part Time hours – Working Saturday & Sunday

£9.08 Per Hour + Commission on all sales

The Company

This company is one of the largest retail and services businesses in the UK and they operate a portfolio of modern and busy sites in high profile locations throughout the country. Most of their stores are centrally located in either prime high street units or can be found in highly visible locations in most of the major out of town shopping centres. Currently undergoing considerable development, the business is looking for an ambitious and capable Retail Consultant to spearhead both future store growth and to lead the store into new and exciting territory.

The Job

As a Retail Sales Consultant you will:

* Assist customers with a range of requirements, listening to their needs and providing products that fit those needs.

* Play an active part in all day to day site operations, ensuring health and safety compliance, administration and measuring commercial performance against target.

* Have responsibility for maximising sales performance through effective in store communication and providing a lead in terms of customer service and ensuring that every customer receives a fantastic overall experience. As a brand ambassador for the local area, applicants will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs and be dedicated to both meeting and surpassing their expectations.

The Candidate

Suitable candidates will be:

* Sales focused with a proven record of achieving KPI’s through driving sales.

* Individuals comfortable dealing with customers and will always be looking to develop relationships and spot additional business opportunities.

* MS Office skills required.

* Possess a depth of sales or service experience within retail.
