2-month temporary ongoing assignment
We’re looking for an exceptional Administration professional to offer administrative support to our in-house HR/Recruitment team, on a short-term temporary basis.
Based on-site at one of the UK’s leading outsourcing call centres, we are looking for someone with energy, enthusiasm and a true passion for people, you’ll need to be a strong team player who is willing to lend a hand wherever needed and deliver service with a smile!
Requirements:
Must have substantial Excel experience (inc; Pivot Tables, V Look-up, Formulating Spreadsheets, Data Reports)
What you'll do:
Your duties will be to work through a mailbox, logging data, updating & scheduling team, making logs, creating spread sheets.
