Workstream Lead – Recruitment & Onboarding

Salary: £41,526 – £49,553 (negotiable)

The role
People Services is committed to providing high quality people solutions and is valued for its efficiency, expertise, partnering capability and service. As part of the organisations People Services improvement, they are implementing a new suite of People / HR Systems called (SAP) Success Factors.
My client is looking to hire an experienced, motivated Workstream Lead to manage the design, build and implementation of the Recruitment and Onboarding Success Factors modules. As the Workstream Lead for these modules, you will be facilitating workshops to document business requirements whilst also planning and overseeing all business readiness including testing and data migration.
Although this is an initial fixed term contract running until the end of July 2021, there is a possibility of extension.
Key responsibilities
As the Recruitment and Onboarding Workstream Lead you will work with our programme management team and implementation partner to:
Create and manage an integrated plan to design, build and implement the relevant modules
Facilitate workshops to document business requirements, and review system iterations
Manage the preparation of all project documentation (design and configuration specifications, test plans and scripts etc.)
Plan and oversea business readiness activities (data cleansing and migration)
Support the creation of communication and training materials
Support the programme governance processesYou will also manage the day to day activities of a Business Analyst.
Skills and experience
This role will suit you if you:
Possess previous experience of managing the implementation of SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding modules.
Have strong planning and stakeholder management skills.
Possess experience of working within a large HR organisation.What you get in return
