Community Psychiatric Nurse Band 6 – WORK FROM HOME needed in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire

What they offer:

Between £30 – £32 / hour – depending on experience
Full time 37.5 hours/ week
Strat date: asap
3 months contract
Monday – Friday
9 am – 5 pm
4 days work from home, 1 day on site
 
About the role:

We need an enthusiastic and resourceful person who is able to work within a multi-disciplinary team both independently and with initiative for an NHS Early intervention Service on occasional days of duty work, supporting the rest of the duty/assessment team.
 
Requirements:

Ideally need a male nurse, previous care coordination/community working is a must.
Must be a car driver.
Ability to use professional skills to support and motivate colleagues and clients.
Familiar with current legislation, guidelines and processes that affect the way in which mental health care is delivered.
Someone who has an understanding of mental illness and its impact on service users.
Experience of Care Coordination. Managing own caseload.
