I am looking for an Electrical bias Engineer to join a manufacturing company based in Milton Keynes. They supply to some of the UK’s most recognised businesses and have invested over £60M in the last year. You will be responsible for all Electrical breakdowns on site, that is not a lie, which means you will have to be able to think on your feet and at a quick pace.
Speaking to Engineers daily, I hear more often than not that you join businesses where the position doesn’t materialise to what you were told. Am I right?
I can assure you that there are no hidden surprises with this role, you will be the Electrical referral on site and will be seen as somewhat of a hero.
Reactive maintenance is something of the past… We wish. So, you need to appreciate that this position does come with a strong element of firefighting. You will be allowed to process PLC modifications if required, if this is also an area you would welcome some training, then the company will look to provide this.
We are looking for Engineers that are time served within Electrical engineering, or atleast hold some formal qualifications. If this sounds like you, then please do apply. Also, if you do have Food manufacturing or FMCG experience then this will put you in good stead, however it is not essential.
