Service Charge Analyst /Officer
Salary: £32,427 per annum
High Wycombe / Beaconsfield area – working from home currently, with flexible working options after
Immediate start
Full Time, 37 hours per week
Monday to Friday

Are you experienced in Service Charges or Housing Finance?

Our client have an exciting opportunity for a Service Charge Analyst to join them on a full time basis. You will support the Service Charge Manager in providing an efficient accounting service.

Job requirements:
To coordinate the charging and collection of service charges ensuring Value for Money (VfM) whilst maximising the recovery of income.
To provide highly accurate data analysis and supporting explanations to assist the Service Charge Manager in decision making.
Analyse service costs in a timely and efficient manner, reporting variances to the Service Charge Manager, identifying areas of concern and proposing remediation.
To be part of a team providing a pro-active and expert advisory service in relation to service charges, to service owners and budget holders.
Collate and maintain details of freeholders/third party managing agents
Ensure the collection of leasehold service charges, enabling full recovery through legal process where necessary.

What Our client are looking for:
To be qualified or actively studying for a recognised accounting qualification (minimum AAT)
A good understanding of basic accounting procedures and processes
Previous experience in calculating and charging service charges
Experience in the Social Housing sector
Driving licence and the ability to travel
