Occupational Health Advisor – Central London & Milton Keynes
Salary: £28-42,000 – Pension, wellness programmes, progression, store discounts, Life Assurance, Dental, Critical Illness Cover, Gadget Insurance
Client
A leading provider of Occupational Health services, delivering extensive services to over 600 clients throughout the UK and Ireland. They are highly experienced in providing tailored Occupational Health solutions and offer support to a wide variety of industry sector clients. Services are either delivered onsite, in their mobile screening units or from a national network of clinics.
Role
Registered nurse with experience in all aspects of occupational health. An OH Qualification is preferred but relevant experience will be considered. Must Have – Occupational Health Experience, Driving Licence.
* You will be supporting one of our key clients, on-site and remotely with the full remit of Occupational Health Advisors
* You'll work out of Milton Keynes and London and will be supported by a Senior OHA and OP
* This is a great opportunity to work within a unique organisation, partnering closely with HR, Health and Safety and their in-house clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensuring delivery of a first-class leading service for the supply of case management, health surveillance, health screening, fitness to travel assessments, mental health assessments, OH vaccines, Drugs & Alcohol testing and health promotion to clients
* Deliver the Occupational Health Service in a cost-effective manner in line with client contract
* To keep updated on new occupational health processes/activities
* To maintain confidential medical information as required by legislation
Experience/Knowledge:
* You will need to be Registered nurse with experience in all aspects of occupational health.
* Qualification is essential and a minimum of 5 years OH experience
* Security clearance is essential for this role so please only apply if you are willing to go through this process
* You will have a strong focus on customer service, have a confident manner and be able to work autonomously in a dynamic environment
* You'll be competent with Word, Excel and ideally have experience of using an electronic OH document management system
