My client is a residential developer in search of an experienced freelance all round Site Manager to join their team on a 6 month contract working site based on their multi phased residential development based in Milton Keynes.

The role will involve overseeing 75 units at a time of 3 storey high timber frame apartments from start to finish therefore experience managing both external & internal packages will be essential to being under consideration for this role.

The successful candidate must also have an up to date CSC card, SMSTS & First aid.
