An exciting opportunity to join one of Milton Keynes top employers, working as a Customer Service Co-ordinator. Working in a great, friendly, team orientated environment.

You will be supporting to help improve and maintain their high level of customer service. You will be establishing the customer's needs and seeing if you are able to assist with their query or where they need to be passed to. You will be assisting setting up new contracts on the system and ensuring their training needs are met.

You must be a clear communicator, confident in speaking with colleagues and clients. Experience in a similar role, used to a busy environment, working with high volume and have good customer service experience.
