Buildout are working on behalf of a Groundworks and Civil Engineering Contractor who have won a number of prestigious Infrastructure projects around the Oxfordshire Location.

One of the projects consists of installing a 278 scheme and drainage into a large housing estate.

The client will not be working on the plots, this is purely a 278 scheme.

The site kicks off in February and the duration will be 26 weeks

The chosen candidate will need the following experience:

– Civils & Groundworks Management Experience

– Experience managing £1m + Groundworks & Civils packages

– Able to communicate effectively with the team on site

– Experience completing Paperwork adhering to the project information

– Able to read and understand the drawings given by the client

Qualifications:

– SMSTS

– CSCS Management Card
