If you are looking to gain a position within education as a Teaching Assistant/Support Staff or have experience working in healthcare or the NHS, then this is a great opportunity for you.

With the government announcing that coronavirus testing will begin from January in schools to help keep staff and students as safe as possible, Dunbar Education anticipates additional support will be required to deliver the Covid testing.

In line with the Department of Education (DFE), the Covid testing means more children, teachers and support staff can stay in their classes in schools without the need to self-isolate and can remain attending school.

This position will be on a temporary contract, offering the flexibility of either part-time or full time however you must be available between the hours of 0800 – 1600 inline with primary schools opening hours.

It is vital that you are in good health and not classified in any of the COVID high risk groups or have a long-term health condition. Training and full PPE will be provided in line with NHS standards.

Your responsibilities included-

1. Keep work areas continuously clean and sanitised

2. Protect the welfare of staff and pupils on site at all times

3. Build and maintain positive relationships with staff and pupils

4. Always keep safety as a priority
