THE COMPANY
Our client is a boutique recruiter that is part of a larger independent company that has more than 35 branches across the UK and due to extensive growth they are now seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant who has 12 months plus experience working in the recruitment industry within the perms market in their specialist sector.
THE ROLE
Experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant 27k to 30K basic plus bonus and other benefits, the successful candidate will be based from home and take part in briefings, meetings and catch ups via teams with the MD and face to face meetings once a month or when required. My client offers excellent training, support and promotes an environment where you can use your entrepreneurial skiils and make your own decisions with regards to your division.
THE CANDIDATE
Consultants ideally with a minimum of two years plus recruitment experience of recruiting into the perms market within your specialist sector, this is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to further their career and to become an integral part of this wonderful business. There is the opportunity to build and develop your own desk/division and to eventually recruit and build a team around you.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced recruiter who is seeking a role working from home and is able to build and develop their own desk with the full support of the Directors and eventually become a Divisional Manager.
