We are seeking a Technical Information Coordinator to work for a chemicals supplier in Aylesbury.

We currently have a vacancy for a Technical Information Co-Ordinator with great problem-solving, organisation and communication skills to join a Compliance Team. The Compliance department is responsible for updating technical databases, ensuring the company meet all regulatory requirements, and solving quality issues. The Technical Information Co-Ordinator role involves:

• Helping to ensure that the Compliance department fully understands all required obligations under current and future regulations.

• Working with our R&D, Sales and Supply Chain departments to ensure that Compliance information is communicated appropriately.

• Communicating all regulatory obligations to our suppliers and customers.

• Maintaining our Technical Database and all product technical files, specifications and Safety Data Sheets.

• Discussing and answering customers’ quality, regulatory and raw material questions.

The successful candidate will have a strong scientific education, a customer service-oriented mindset, and the ability to work well in a team.

There is great scope for personal and professional development within this role, and you will be supported by extensive training, enthusiastic and supportive colleagues, and outside training if required. This role is essential in enabling the company to continue to provide customers and suppliers with excellence in material supply and customer service.
