Registered Supported Living Manager
Location: Bletchley, Milton Keynes
Salary: £36000-£42000 (Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications) plus many company benefits.

Our client requires an experienced CQC Registered Manager for a newly opening 4 x bed service for adults with autism, complex care needs and learning disabilities. You will have full responsibility of the day to day management of the service liaising with the managing director to ensure it runs effectively.
This setting is a vibrant and welcoming environment providing a safe and stimulating environment for up to 4 adults.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the deployment and control of staff on a day-to-day basis, including reporting of issues of performance to line management.
To be involved in the recruitment, monitoring, training, retention and mentoring of staff as necessary.
To ensure that all staff receive regular supervision.
Establish a liaising of senior staff and team meetings to facilitate communication and provide opportunities for consultation and staff development.
Delegate operational tasks amongst the staff team to ensure that compliance is paramount
Requirements
RMA or NVQ Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification
Experience working with Adults with Physical, Sensory and Learning Disabilities and other Complex needs.
Minimum of 2 years management or supervisory experience in an adult residential setting
Experience of facilitating, organising, directing & developing teams
Experience of translating policy into practice
Knowledge of Management theories
Knowledge of Equal opportunities & diversity models
Basic knowledge of IT
Sound knowledge of CQC requirements and regulations.
Confident engaging with multi disciplines within healthcare including CQC Inspections
