Do you have a background in automotive sales? We are currently recruiting for a position for an established company based in Milton Keynes as an Account Development Manager. Offering a good bonus structure, and great benefits.

This role is managing a portfolio of existing customers with the focus to grow the business. You will also be understanding the needs of the customers and what products/services you can offer existing customers.

Day to day:

Be the first point of contact for customers
Update customer data
Offer advice and guidance on products and the service provided
Hit KPI's
Provide excellent customer service
Administration

Experience:

For this role it is essential that you come from an automotive sales background, and used to working in an office environment. You will be used to working towards and achieving KPI's, with experience in making a high number of calls, and managing client's expectations. You must have outstanding customer service skills and have great time management.
