Role – Transport Administrator
Salary – £25,000 per annum
Location – Haddenham, Buckinghamshire
Benefits – 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme and onsite parking

Atlas Employment are proud to be working with a growing organisation based in Haddenham, Buckinghamshire who are looking for a Transport Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has strong administration skills and have the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team. The successful candidate will be proficient using different IT systems and have knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. Due to the location of the role, you must hold a full UK Licence. What will you be doing as a Transport Administrator?

Checking customer orders against the system 
Creating a Front Sheet for each hire to ensure all details relating to the hire are recorded in one place and updating these as necessary
Checking if payment & contracts have been received with the Hire Controller handling the order
Arranging delivery and collection times and confirming these with the customer
Booking in deliveries and collections with site
Checking that all equipment is to be collected and liaising with customers if any issues
Updating spreadsheet to keep a record of all collections
Assisting transport manager with administration where required
