Well presented, articulate service professional with a thorough understanding of both classical and modern cookery and a working knowledge of bar and wine service to support the Restaurant Manager in delivering first class , friendly service within award winning destination restaurant.

Benefits: Assistant Restaurant Manager

A salary of up to £25,000 inclusive of service meals on duty and the benefits of fixed days off weekly.
