Role – Production Manager
 
Salary – £40,000 per annum

Location – Haddenham, Buckinghamshire

Atlas Employment are delighted to be working with our client based in Haddenham, who require a Production Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience within their role and will be hands on managing production output, managing people, managing a warehouse, and improving processes throughout all operations

What will you be doing as a Production Manager?

Health & Safety within warehouse and production
Continuous improvement in building time, quality and processes
Managing material flows between warehouse and production (Kanban/PULL systems)
Maintaining a skills matrix, ensuring staff are adequately trained
Managing £3M inventory
Managing approx 50 staff on two sites
Accurate inventory perpetual stock counts in warehouse and production
Ensuring effective communication processes between departments
Monitoring outbound traffic volumes
Streamlining and maximising information flow
