Service and Commissioning Engineer required for the UK's leading company in providing the Design, Manufacturing, Installation and Maintenance of IP Nurse Call Systems for healthcare environments. A position has become available for a Nurse Call Service and Commissioning Engineer within to join the Projects Department. You will report to the Project Manager and will work within the Service Team conducting the Service and Commissioning of Nurse Call Systems, for both new and existing customers, and providing on-site training to our clients once the installations have been completed.

The Service and Commissioning Engineer will be working on sites across the UK but travel will be within south Midlands towards London. You will be liaising with Project Managers attending site to carry out Service comprising of containment, cabling, termination and commissioning, within the timescales specified in the programme. Ensuring compliance to all regulatory standards and to policies and procedures of the business. As well as providing technical advice to customers and problem solving on site.

Nurse Call Engineer Position Requirements

Field based experience in the service and commissioning of electrical systems
Field based experience and working knowledge of IP networks.
Sound knowledge of electrical principles – City and Guilds 18th Edition desirable
Health and Safety Certification – ECS, PASMA, IPAF, Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height, Manual Handling
Computer literate including MS Office and MS Project
The ability to interpret technical issues through the non-technical description provided by customers.
Ability to communicate fluently with clients and should possess good customer service skills.

Salary: £28k-£32k – DOE
