Job Role: DAY SHIFT Mobile HGV Mechanic

Location: Milton Keynes & Surrounding areas

Base Salary: £35,000 per year

Benefits Package: Up to 25 days annual leave, Van, Fuel, Paid travelling time

Contracted Hours: Monday – Friday, 07:00 – 17:00

Please be aware that in order to qualify for this role, you must have a Class 1 or 2 HGV Driving Licence.

My client is a well-established commercial vehicle maintenance organisation with large depots all over the country, they are actively seeking to employ an experienced Mobile HGV Mechanic to cover Milton Keynes and surrounding areas

As a Mobile HGV Mechanic you will be required to:

Take care of running defects
Carry out routine servicing and maintenance
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical defects
MOT preparations and presentations

The successful applicant will be a fully qualified HGV Mechanic with industry recognised qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ), a truck driving licence is required for this role, Class 2 HGV is a minimum expectation.

Hours of work for this Mobile HGV Mechanic are 45 hours per week Monday to Friday.

The contracted hours of work are from 07:00 to 17:00 Monday – Friday.

You will be provided with a company van, fuel card and you will be paid for your travelling time.

The annual salary for this Mobile HGV Mechanics role will be £35,000 per year, overtime paid at time and a half
