Field Health & Safety Advisor
£35k-£45k (yearly bonus included)

A key client of mine who are one of the UK's leading Energy Data Collection service providers are looking for a Field Health & Safety advisor to join the business. You will be required to maintain and manage the development of Health & Safety performance of a team of meter installers across the UK.
Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the H&S Manager helping to support the delivery of all metering and field operations activity with particular focus on the installation of electricity and gas meters into customers' businesses.
Working closely with key internal stakeholders which include the Business Support Team, Field Services and Field Management team to ensure policies and procedures are adhered to.
Ensuring all technical health and safety performance is well communicated and understood by all levels within the organisation.
Maintaining first class professionalism on client sites and developing existing customer relationships.
Travelling to customer sites across the UK for 50% of the role.Job Requirements:
Knowledge and operational experience from a utilities industry, preferably electricity or gas metering.
A strong understanding and demonstrable experience of managing and delivering health and safety policies and procedures.
At least one recognised NEBOSH health and safety certificate.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Full drivers license.Benefits:
