gap professional is proud to bring you a completely different opportunity with a new breed of law firm which also operates in Swindon, Oxford, and Bristol. They only looking for an ambitious Family Partner to develop their family offering in the Beaconsfield office. The current Family Solicitor has a manageable caseload, and they are looing for an ambitious individual to further expand this into one of the firm's core billing departments.

Fast becoming one of the South's BEST law ABS, they have the guidance and backing from an industry Top 50 heavyweight and benefit from having local knowledge and clients in their locations.

We are recruiting for a Family Partner although candidates with a proven track record of billing and existing connections in the market will be considered at any level of qualification. Candidates with management and Partnership aspirations will be strongly preferred.

Role Responsibilities

As Family Partner you will have a dual task of developing the client base, growing the team, and having wider business responsibilities for the firm. You will be expected to be knowledgeable in all aspects of Private Family Law.
This vacancy would be suited to a commercially minded individually who wants to gain experience in the wider business management aspects of running a local law firm.
