An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Project Quantity Surveyor to join an award-winning residential developer in Buckinghamshire.

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will initially join the team and work on an interesting mixed-use development which consists of 180 residential units and 9 commercial units.

The role will then open to include a couple recently won residential new build projects.

The role comes with great opportunity for progression and could be the perfect opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in their career.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will have:

Experience independently running residential new build projects from start to finish
Previous experience in a similar role with a developer or main contractor
A relevant degree qualificationIn Return?

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

£50,00 – £60,000
