The Role:

Responsible for delivering best in class advice on residential property transactions

Hit the ground running in a team that operate on a high volume high fee basis, built on their relationships with independent agents

Managing a caseload of residential property matters from cradle to grave, including freehold and leasehold purchases and sales, whilst ensuring your transactional targets are hit

Actively engage with the wider team

Provide excellent service to your clients and estate agents, to ensure an excellent reputation is maintained

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

Worked in conveyancing – great step up for legal assistants!

Passion for property

Must have Maths and English GCSE Grade C or 4 and above or equivalent

CLC Licence or equivalent ILEX/SRA is desirable

Driving licence

Package:

£35,000 plus £5,000 in bonus
