This is a permanent, full time role for a field-based Gate Automation Engineer to join a rapidly growing, reputable business who specialise in Perimeter Security Systems to the industrial & utility services sector including National Grid.

ROLE: AUTOMATIC GATE AND BARRIER ENGINEER

LOCATION: Automated Gates Engineer. There will be Nationwide travel, so you must have flexibility to stay away from home. In return, you will be rewarded. The company operate nationwide, so the role and territory will be tailored around you. Full Driving Licence required.

SALARY: £30K – £40K plus co vehicle, fuel card, laptop, mobile, iPad, annual pay review, bonus, pension scheme, 28 days holiday, annual pay review, all expenses paid.

HOURS: Full time, permanent

As an Automated Gate Systems Engineer, you will be carrying out servicing, maintenance and possible installations of Automated Gates, Barriers, Bollards, Turnstiles, Physical Access & Security Control Systems in accordance with the works specification and Health & Safety Standards.

You will be a diligent, hardworking Gate Engineer, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude, able to work both individually and as part of a team. As an experienced Gate Automation Engineer / Technician, you will have proven Electrical Competencies and training in a similar Automatic Gate Engineering role, excellent Mechanical Gate Engineering Skills, 18th Edition Training, C&G Inspection & Test qualification, DHF Automated Gate Safety Diploma and a valid CSCS card will be of great interest to this Perimeter Security Company.
