Job Title: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Salary: £43,500

Shifts: 4 on 4 off days and nights

This site based in the Buckinghamshire and produces products distributed throughout the nation.

Job Description:
As a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive maintenance function covering plant, equipment and striving to improve performance by engaging in continuous improvement and problem solving activities

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Ensure that all H&S procedures, engineering best practice are always adhered to
* Maintenance of packaging, production, filling and weighing machinery.
* Accurate & timely records are entered and recorded on all work carried out, root causes of failures and of spares/consumables used
* Reactive maintenance taking appropriate action to resolve, then report and document actions taken. Escalate issues to the Engineering Plant Manager as advised by the company escalation procedure
* Monitor the performance of equipment when running, and discuss any issues and improvements with Production Shift Managers, Shift Team Leaders and Operators
* In addition, you will be involved in projects within the business to develop an effective engineering install and commissioning.

Salary: £43,500

Shifts: 4 on 4 off days and nights
