Job Title: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Salary: Up to £50,000

Shifts: 12 Hour perm night shifts no weekends

Synergi are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-growing food manufacturer in Buckinghamshire. The successful candidate would join the Engineering Team on a Monday – Thursday shift pattern working an average of 48 hours a week. Job Description as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer:

As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be overseeing Planned Maintenance and ensure standards are hit. You will be diagnosing faults, identifying problems on machinery and implementing solutions. Repair of site machinery with electrical and mechanical multi-skilling will be required. You will be aware of the pressures involved and have a proactive approach to maintenance.

Roles & Responsibilities as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer:

Continuous improvement and route cause analysis
Preventative maintenance programs and projects
Ideally have a time served apprenticeship or equivalent
A UK Recognised engineering qualification
Good knowledge of PLC controlled machinery
Worked in either Food, Pharmaceutical, Automation, General FMCG
