I am currently looking for recruit an experienced Transport Controller for a thriving business based in Milton Keynes. You will be working in a team where you will be responsible for taking on all transport administration and engaging with all external and internal customers. There will be free parking, the opportunity to work with a friendly team in a fast paced environment and will be a key member of the business who will be a key holder for the building.

Role

Engage with external and internal customers
Arrange deliveries and collection
Resolve any issues relating to missing, damaged or lost freight
Vehicle management
Completion of shipping manifest, dispatch labels, transport record and end of day records.
Call off customer picks and paperwork supporting the warehouse
Monitor all invoices

Must have

Previous transport administration experience
Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
Be able to deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers
Excellent attention to detail
Be able to work 11.00am till 7.30pm and be a responsible key holder for the building
