Job Title – HR Administrator
Location – Milton Keynes
Rates – £131.81 Ltd/Umbrella or £115.09 PAYE

My client is looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to join the team based in Milton Keynes for an initial period of 6 months with a view to extending. The successful candidate will provide proactive, professional HR administration support to HR Business Partner teams to enable the delivery of value added HR support and the people plan for the supported organisation.
What you will do:
Provide HR Administration support to the supported HR Business Partner team/s and the business to facilitate the delivery of value add HR and the delivery of the people/HR plans.
Support HR Business Partner teams in administration relating to: Talent Management, Workforce and Succession Planning, maintaining appropriate data within the associated process.
Provide administrative support to the supported Business Partner teams for Organisation Change programmes including note taking and coordination of consultation meetings and documentation production.
Maintain and track associated project measures within the agreed format.
Support the associated HR Business Partner team/s with ad hoc administrative activity relating to operational and value added HR activity.
Coordination and note taking/recording of key actions for Area/Local council meetings as required.Your experience will include:

Experience of event coordination
Experience of providing professional HR Administration or Administration support within a complex and fast-moving environment.
Approachable and confident in dealing with a variety of enquires.
