Due to someone being promoted our client is a manufacturer and they are looking for an experienced customer service executive to deal with their B2B customers.
Duties to include:
* Act as the first respondent for all incoming service requests, telephone, email and online.
* Handling and recording retailer customer queries and service issues in a timely and accurate manner.
* Be conversant and ensure adherence to all Trading Standards and Consumer Act legislation.
* Be conversant in all written and supporting client documentation, e.g. Guarantees, Service Level Agreements.
* Managing and maintaining good customer relationships.
* Able to provide and maintain good Customer Experience levels.
* Working with key stakeholders to manage, monitor and improve client relationships.
* Responsibility for service resolution within given and agreed timeframes.
* Take ownership of problems through to the point of solution, completion or responsible handover.
* Responsibility for ordering, dispatching and recording of service parts.
* Manage returns and report on key issues and trends.
* Manage and monitor service engineer performance.
* Perform other related duties, as required.
What do you need?
* Strong customer service and admin skills
* Strong Excel and general IT skills
* Experience in dealing with B2B customers
* Good problem solving skills
* Well organised and able to think on your feet
Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
Salary £23k to £25k
