A well-established Fire Protection company is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team.

The company is a market leader in the design, engineering, installation and maintenance of fire protection systems. The family-run business is fast-growing and expanding, with plenty of opportunities to progress.

You will grow a specific region on all elements of fire safety maintenance, small works, projects and associated products.

Job Summary:

Actively manage and develop the South East region for profitable growth, 100% new business and clients against target
Create and maintain relationships with key products, commercial and business managers within the existing customers’ business
Assist clients in designing and specifying the relevant fire systems to British Standards
Collect market intelligence on competitor products, pricing and strategy
Develop and maintain a market awareness of key customer markets
Skills required:

Proven sales record
Knowledge of Kentec, Morley and/or Apollo
A working knowledge of the British Standards for fire alarm systems
Self-motivated and results driven
