The overall purpose of the role is to support the acquisition and retention of our Polar members as well as our other network schemes. To use and analyze data to advise how we can make changes to customer management, pricing, retention programmes and membership administration.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
* Create monthly reports for our membership schemes and key strategic partners such as Zip Car, the Nissan Dealer scheme
* Run analysis which supports the B2B marketing exec and sales accounts managers for Polar Corporate/Fleet customers/OEMs etc. to ensure we are managing their accounts and we continue their customer
* Reduce the amount of lost revenue currently being driven by system failure and customer behaviours i.e. failed DD list, failed invoice list
* Support membership queries for multiple stakeholders
* Use data analysis to shape and track pricing initiatives for our products
