Athona is currently recruiting for a Band 6/7 Social Worker in High Wycombe for an Ongoing full time role.

The post is starting ASAP on an ongoing LOCUM contract, asking for 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday with some working from home shifts. Flexible working arrangements will be considered.

Your role will include carrying out social care and or mental health assessments for older people with a variety of mental health needs in the community. A number of the patients have dementia and live alone but good communication and the ability to support carers and families is essential.

To be accepted for this role, you must have previous qualified experience and be Social Worker England registered.
