MBA are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join an exciting global organisation in central Milton Keynes. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be required to complete the following tasks;
Act as first point of contact for customers looking to make claims, via telephone and email
Communicating with 3rd parties in the event of incidents
Data input, ensuring all information is captured and inputted onto internal systems
Liaising with claim handlers to ensure efficiency of claims completion
Supporting team with adhoc duties when necessary About you;
Excellent customer service experience
Strong organisation skills and high level of attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and with a varied workload
Team player with passion for helping others
Proactive, able to work with initiative Job Details
Full time role, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
Permanent position
£17,500 per annum plus benefits
